This policy explains how we process personal data when you visit this website, send us an inquiry, request access to installer profiles or apply for a job.

This website uses no analytics services, no advertising trackers and no tracking cookies. Your language preference is stored locally in your browser (localStorage) and is never transmitted to us.

When you visit the site, our hosting infrastructure (Hetzner Online GmbH, Germany/Finland, EU) automatically processes technical data such as IP address, date and time, requested URL and browser type. This is required to deliver the website securely (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest). Logs are kept for a short period and then deleted.

If you contact us via the form, email or phone, we process the data you provide (name, company, email, phone, message) to answer your inquiry and manage the resulting business relationship (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). Inquiries are stored in our internal customer management system and deleted when no longer needed, unless statutory retention periods apply.

If you request access to our installer CV gallery, we process your email address and any optional details (name, company, reason) to review the request and, if approved, send you a personal, time-limited access link (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We use this data solely for managing CV access.

If you apply to work with us (by email or messenger), we process your application data exclusively for recruiting (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Applications are treated confidentially and deleted no later than six months after the process ends, unless you agree to a longer retention.

If you choose to contact us via a messenger service, the privacy policy of the respective provider applies to the transmission. Data may be processed outside the EU by these providers. Using a messenger is optional — email and phone are always available.

We do not sell or rent personal data. Data is shared only with service providers necessary for operating this website (hosting), bound by data processing agreements, or where we are legally obliged to disclose it.
